Southern Maine Health Care FREE Summer Training Program

SMHC is offering a FREE summer athletic training program through their Sports Performance center based in Sanford.  This is a first come / first served program with a max capacity of 125 students.   This program will happen at Sanford High School.   the links below provide all of the information.

Inclement Weather Schedule (Gym time as needed weather pending)

The gym schedule for inclement weather is available at the link below.   If there is inclement weather and practices are inside this will be our schedule.   We are on the “In Season” portion of this schedule, so check the “In Season” tab and the day of the week to confirm gym times.

Track-  2:15 - 4:10

Girls Lacrosse- 2:15 - 4:10

Boys Lacrosse-  5pm - 7pm

Girls Tennis-  2:15 - 4:10

Boys Tennis-  2:15 - 4:10  (Or at BHS)

Baseball- 2:15 - 4:10

Softball-  3pm - 5pm (JV and V)

**Middle school practices will always be 2 - 4pm
