Hello Mustang Nation! Here are the menus for our Breakfast/ Lunch offerings for the month of Aug./Sept. RSU 57 meals are free this year due to additional state and federal funding. We are committed to providing quality meals for the health and well-being of all our students.

MHS Varsity Football's home opener has been moved from Friday 9/2 to Thursday 9/1. Game time is 7pm. The MHS Field Hockey game scheduled for 9/1 has been moved to Friday 9/2. This is to account for a shortage in officials available.

MHS Fall Sports Information 2022 Welcome back to MHS for Fall Athletics and Activities! Fall practices at MHS begin on August 15th. MHS offers the following sports this fall. Activities Director- Brendan Scully brendanscully@rsu57.org Hands Off Period The MPA hands off period begins August 1 and runs until the season begins August 15th. There will be no practice or official team functions during this time. Register to play spring sports at MHS / MMS Below is the information needed to register and become eligible to participate! FALL 2022 Season Registrations Link! REVTRAK is open for Spring Sports Registrations at MHS and MMS. The link to sign up is https://rsu57.revtrak.net. Please use a laptop or desk top to sign up as phones or IPads are not reliable to complete the process. Requirements to Participate Complete online registration (REVTRAK) Current physical on file with our school nurse. (Good for 2 years) Impact Testing Completed. Instructions below. (Required for all grade 9 and grade 11 students) Academically eligible. (all 9th graders are eligible) Grade 10-12 students must be fully enrolled and have passed all classes from last semester. (Semester 2 2021-22) Be cleared by school nurse and athletic trainer Be cleared by AD office Fall Sports Informational Meeting On Monday 8-22 there will be an informational in person meeting for all students participating in a fall sport at MHS. All students athletes are expected to attend with a parent or guardian. This will be an opportunity to learn about our schedules, meet our staff, and review the expectations for the high school student athlete. Please join us this evening and get excited for the fall!! IMPACT TESTS- Concussion Baseline All incoming 9th grade students for school year 21-22 must have a new impact test completed for fall sports upon entering high school. All athletes must have a current Impact Baseline test on file. There is a link to do baseline tests at home this year. MMS athletes require a new Impact test each year. MHS Athletes require a test their 9th and 11th grade years or if they have not had one in two years or have never had one. Physicals are good for 2 years. All who have registered as of today have been contacted if a physical is needed. Tomorrows Regional Final at Kennebunk will be played at 4pm on their practice field. Seating is limited so I encourage you to bring lawn chairs. Visitors seating is across the field from the team benches. We expect to travel well and have a great supportive crowd!

The 4th ranked and 11-4 MHS Varsity Softball team will host Marshwood in the round of 16 this Saturday at 4pm. Please come out and support our team as they start their playoff run!

Oakhurst Dairy has notified us that there was a production issue with chocolate milk that will impact all of our schools in the coming days; however, white milk will still be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

John Bryant, 9th grade, was our March Madness Monthly Overall Attendance Award winner. John had perfect attendance and was awarded with an Amazon Gift card. Great job John!

Congratulations to Sierra Basford for her recent induction into the National Tech Honors Society at Biddeford Regional Center of Technology. Sierra, an 11th grader at MHS, is in the Business Program at BRCOT. Well done Sierra!
